Can you keep a secret?

A couple of years ago my mother embroidered a set of pillowcases for me for Christmas. The next year she began a set for my sister. Having trouble seeing them, she asked if I could finish the task for her. After working on them a few minutes here and there I have completed them at last. They are all ready for her to give to my sister. Now don't tell anyone that she had help with this project...it's a secret.

One of my favorite, oh so easy, day gown patterns from The Children's Corner...it has sweet little tucks on each side of the front...


and a precious little pleat in the back (pardon the wrinkles)...


These cute burp cloths were made from a pattern that I found on the fabulous blog Homemade By Jill If you love to create, you must stop by and visit Jill's blog... This burp cloth is easy peasy and oh so soft for baby's precious skin...
