Feathering Your Nest...

I've been feeling the need to spruce up our nest a little. So for starters --- I created this little pillow...

    Love this!! I could never do something like this, though I'd love to learn... I think my machine has an embroidery hoop or something, but I have no idea what it does! LOL

    Thanks for the precious comment the other day on my blog. In answer to your question, all my slipcovers have been very experimental, as I go- I have only used a pattern once, on a little girl's dress, with my grandmother leaning over me, fixing my many errors. (That was enough pattern sewing for me at the time.) LOL
